WOW. After reading these reviews I'm feeling lucky. Company sucks. do not do business with them. Your going to be disappointed. Ordered my long block April; 5th, and was told 3 months. Well at 3 months I started calling. Was told 2 weeks, then another 2 weeks, then a few more days. Well called again on Aug. 25th. was told we think its done but cant find it. Was called back yesterday and Austin informed me that my motor cannot be found. They don't have another core motor, and it will be another 3 to 4 months after they find o... read more

Poor quality build. Lifter bores were .12 or more out of spec: #6 intake, #8 exhaust, #5 intake, #1 exhaust, #4 intake, #3 exhaust, #2 exhaust, #3 intake. They couldn't have checked the lifter bores. Motor would have eaten up my brand new lifters (and most likely damaged my new cam) in minutes if I hadn't caught it. If they do honor the warranty, I will be responsible for return shipping and then, most likely shipping back to me. They were really nice when I ordered, cold when I contacted them with issues. Very poor cu... read more

Horrible experience; after 4 months of excuses why the motor was not ready ( it's being built, we're having trouble getting parts, 2more weeks, 2 more weeks...) When I complained finally they were rude, hung up the phone and blocked my number. Never got the motor. Awful people (Austin particularly).

I give Mabbco Motors no stars. this feed back makes you pick one star but I do not give them any stars. I purchased a rebuilt Chevy 350 Long block and received a motor that right from the start had a lot of noise in the valve train. I called Mabbco and asked them what they could do for me. I asked if I could send it back to then. I was told after paying the shipping fee of $275.00 to have sent to me and after about three months I receiving the motor. Right from the start it made a lot of noise. The valve train is junk.... read more

It was a horrible ordeal from start to end. I called them after 6 weeks, was told they had not even pulled the papers. You have to pay in full before they will take the order. Anyway after 6 weeks and nothing at all done, I cancelled. the did no work, pulled no parts, machined nothing nut kept 520.00 of my money. Called it a restocking fee and did nothing. they are criminal. Avoid them at all cost

Stay very far away from this company. They screwed me out of 260.00 dollars.

Junk,Junk,Junk. Go to your local junkyard and be WAY further ahead. I waited for months to get my Chrysler 440 marine engine not weeks like add says. In the first hour it blew almost all of the oil out through the rear main seal. After about 12 hours of removing engine, fixing seal and replacing engine it lasted almost 6 hours til it broke a rod. Almost 3or4 grand later I still have no engine and Mabbco says sorry! Do Not Buy!

WARNING! DON'T GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOU BUSINESS! BAD BUSINESS! BUYER BEWARE I had to pull my engine ford ranger 3.0 again after oil was running out of the rear oil pan upon first start up, i had to use a dye in the oil first..... the engine builder did not put sealant on the poorly fitted camshaft end cap plug... no return phone call from Mabbco just an e mail saying they would give me the money for the new cam plug from ford $3-60.... nothing for me having to pull the engine again!
