Was great to work with these guys clean organized great vibes will recommend and use them again my new AC guys.
I really hate leaving poor reviews on small businesses but I had such a lousy experience. Brandon seemed friendly and attentive enough at first. I called because my AC was leaking and the tech he sent out said the condensate pump needed to be replaced which he did. I called Brandon back because I later realized the AC was still leaking and getting worse (same week as repair). He convinced me he'd be there first thing in the morning but didn't show up and didn't answer my calls or texts though my phone says they were read. Ye... read more
Brandon was fantastic. Super responsive and quick to come help in a very friendly way! He was thoughtful about making sure all parts were evaluated and repaired, and had our AC back up and running same day with no hidden fees very clear with every question we had.
