Great place to stay. Everything you could possibly need is catered for. Pip was so welcoming. We arrived at 11.30 to see if we could drop our bags, she was more than happy to let us do that, & said that the room would be ready by 12 & we could check in then. If you need a place to stay in Freo, you must stay here, I will definitely be going back. Oh & the Chinese she recommended was literally around the corner & the food was amazing. The room itself is great. Nice bed. Plenty of room. The bathroom is behind a wall at the head of the bed, but the bathroom has no curtains or window coverings so plenty of light gets in early. We had no hot water. I get that this is likely a rare issue, but after messaging the mobile number on the reception door (there’s contactless entry so nobody is there to help) and messaging the accommodation through Expedia I got no reply.
