I am so impressed with my Maaco experience. The trim on the rear door of the drivers' side of my 2006 Impala started to catch on the trim of the front door. This was obviously a manufacturing defect but I was apprehensive about returning my car to the dealer as I knew I would be at their mercy regarding time. I decided to try to repair the damage myself and got out the superglue. I managed to totally damage the paint on both doors and the damage only got worse. My car was hit by a truck owned by a local landscaping company and after a lengthy time, I came to terms with the owner/manager of the company, that they would amend the situation through Maaco. Maaco indeed more than fulfilled their part in allowing me to leave their business doors with a smile on my face and a satisfying feeling, despite the inconvenience that the landscaping company had caused me.
