I called to ask if they took new patients and the girl that answered the phone was very rude. Not sure about the Doctor but her staff is very rude!
A friend highly recommended Dr. Ma. Unfortunately her front office staff is unprofessional, uncooperative and rude. Despite being insured and in need of a GI, the staff did everything possible not to deign to to give me an appointment. I had a total of three phone calls with her front office staff. Dr. Ma is an awesome person who took care of my partner and he was very happy with her her and her staff . Dr. Ma is simply amazing her office is always very clean as well as her staff very friendly , there is very few of them but when you come to see Dr. Ma her office makes you feel very comfortable
Dr. Ma Is the Best Dr. I have ever met she is very easy to talk to as well as her staff I know it's hard to get an appointment with her but the wait is well worth it. I will recommend Dr. Ma to any of my best friends.
Best GI doctor. I never have any problems with her staff. She spent lots of time with you. I do miss Michelle. Patricia is great. Everyone is nice. I don't have any problem.
I have used Dr Ma around 8 years for routine screening and find her to be an excellent doctor. Her Staff however is the worst. Rude, purposely intimidating, threating to fire you as a patient for moving an appointment or anything else that may inconvenience them and making it known they are important, not the patient. While I do like her, I am finding another doctor. No one should be treated in that manner. I just can't believe Dr Ma has no knowledge of this behavior.
The staff is off the wall terrible. You give them money but they think they are the customer.
Dr Ma is friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain your situation to you in laymans terms. She's helped me through a lot and i will always refer people to her. Michele her assistant is also wonderful. The only bad thing is since moving into their new location the two girls on the front desk have NO personality and i feel like i am "interrupting" their work instead of being the reason they are there. I would not recommend this physician. She is always hurried and the staff is not friendly at all. You are under to much pressure to schedule surgeries and it should not be that way. I waited almost 3 hrs just to go into the room where I waited another 30 min to be seen for 3. I am in this field and I am disgusted with the physicians in this town.
