I have been working with this company several years. There customer service is great.
I have a warranty part that I needed and they sold me the wrong board several months. So then I got all the information, that I was told I needed to do the warranty on my mini split. I then called back to see if they had it in stock. Now I'm told I can't buy it because I don't have an account. I really didn't think a company could be so petty and butt hurt as this. But again I'm proved wrong.
My company has been using M and A Supply for most of our equipment needs for a few years now and they have always been easy to deal with and willing to go the extra mile when necessary.
I have been working solely with M&A in the HVAC trade and absolutely love them! Great technical support, great team building representatives, great ethics and morals. I couldn’t rave about them ejough!
