I attended a lunch and learn seminar hosted by MA Construction Group last week. Marty Applebaum spoke to the group on the Do’s and Don’t’s of Capital Projects (Asphalt, Sidewalks, other Walkways) as it pertains to ADA Compliance (Handicapped Parking Spaces, Approved Signage, Code, etc.). My HOA association hired MA Construction Group to sealcoat our roadways. The HOA followed the guidelines in which Ian suggested for the amount of time the roads needed to be closed for them to cure properly… yet the seal coating was transferred to my driveway leaving black tire marks.
