Frustrated and rude people here!
Stay away!!! Worst customer service. Owner Moses was rude and unprofessional. Never doing business with them again.
The owner Moses Alvarez is shady & greedy. I work for BNSF Railway and brought my company vehicle to get detailed. I explained to him that I wanted the inside and outside detailed and he only cleaned the outside. I didn’t make a big deal out of it. Then I asked him how much would it cost for the wash and he told me $125. He ended up charging my company $250, double the price! I called and asked why did he overcharge us for the wash he basically said because he was on hold with ARI/Holman for a long time and his time cost. Al... read more
I would not used this business. I attempted to contact the owner to get a detail date or time and like everyone else stated. He is very rude. I have a lot of patience and can tolerate a lot of things. I refused to deal with him.
