Wonderful customer service, great craftsmanship, and the project was done so quickly! I actually found out from the insurance adjuster that my policy had some fine print that prevented full coverage. It was news to me but Tom diligently worked with the adjuster and insurance company to make sure the project was fully covered. Thanks Tom and M4.
I have worked with Tom G**** on replacing my roof after the last hail storm. Tom and the working crew could not be better and completed the job with no issues. They completely cleaned up and the roof looked fantastic. I used M4 because I previously used them and they always came out to fix any issue I had even when I created the problem. I have complete confidence in Tom and M4 roofing.
HORRIBLE work and customer service. This company does not deserve an A+ BBB rating. There have been 8 complaints filed! This company is the worst to work with and took advantage of a storm that came through Denver to make money off of people. They are unprofessional, unskilled and inattentive to the projects they take on. Here's a list of reasons why you should find another company. 1. I did get the Class III shingles I wanted....but the customer service, scheduling, and billing were terrible. They are quick to respond when they want paid but no other time. They delivered the shingles without any prior notification they were coming. I had a city bldg. inspector show up the same day and wrote me up for no permit. They damaged the siding in the install and it took a while to come out to fix it.
