Service was great. John made sure to inform us of all the problems with our roof. Checked roof outside and inside to make sure where the problems were. He gave us step by step progress during the repair (with pictures). Cleaned up after repairs. Would highly recommend to everyone.
Highly professional, quick and clean about the process. My rep was helpful, knowledgeable and led me through the process. No question was too stupid. I highly recommend M4!!
M4 Contracting replaced our roof and a few windows after hail damage. We had a great experience and highly recommend M4 Contracting. Kevin and his staff are very professional, courteous and experienced. A job very well done.

We had to have our roof replaced due to hail damage. Our insurance agent highly recommended M-4 Roofing, and it certainly proved to be spot-on. All the work was done in a timely fashion, the workers were professional and courteous, and cleaned up after the job was done. We would give them a 10.

Tom was excellent with his communication and schedule. He and his crew completed my roof replacement in one day! Permit, insurance coordination and keeping me informed with real time photos of the work progress was high touch and professional! Highly recommend this company!

M4 did a really good job on our roof! We enjoyed speaking and dealing with their job coordinator who was very personable. The reason I did not give them 5 stars is that they needed to come back more than once to pass the inspection. Reason given was a lack of communication between teams. Other than that I am pleased with their service.
M - 4 Roofing & Gutters was recommended by Our Insurance Agent. We are so glad they were recommended because the Contractor Omar came out, explained how the Company works and the steps how the work would be done. Omar and the roofers were very knowledgeable and professional. Finally, an excellent job was done and we are very happy with the new roof and all the work that was done. An amazing experience during a really stressful time. When our house suffered severed hail damage we had to deal with this from afar. Tom G**** at M4, and everyone else there that we interfaced with, was absolutely kind, polite, professional, and ever so helpful.
