They worked so hard to make sure we could get the car we needed and we're very patient and kind. And made the process as smooth as possible and were very honest and upfront about the vehicles. Even though we were just moving here from out of state and with my husbands shaky credit and us just buying a house they got us approved at a reasonable rate. I highly recommend you see them. We are very happy with our experience at M1 Auto!
Horrible. They worked hard to get me In a vehicle but not even 12 hours later it started to misfire and had an exhaust leak at the manifold, so it wouldn't even pass emissions after I was assured it would. The owner wouldn't even talk to me and they were pretty rude after my complaint. They told me the best they could do was give me 300 dollars which wasn't enough to fix any of it or I could return it. So now I had to return it and use other money for a vehicle that I have to have because I'm still waiting on my refund so no... read more
