I sent my wife to M Vince Nail Spa, for our anniversary. Unfortunately, it was ruined as Amy disregarded how my wife felt about her nails and K the manager backed her up. Total disregard for their customer’s concerns, money, and time. You both ruined our 20th anniversary of marriage!
Andy is the only person I trust with my nails! I go to him every month, and he always delivers exactly what I want. His shaping is flawless, his designs are beautiful, and he’s so sweet and professional every time. Andy is a true nail artist who puts so much care and effort into his work, and he deserves to be recognized. Highly recommend him! Thank you so much for always going above and beyond! My entire family goes to him as well.

I did chrome nails, which turned out perfect. I went at 5:30 but Vincent (Vihn) was patient enough to wait and complete my request after hours. He was good. The only down side was the pricing. I paid $160 for full set and pedicure gel nail.
Kay, the manager, allows the nail technicians to treat clients rudely and poorly — meaning whatever they say goes and the client does not matter. Kay also refuses to do services and instead will make you wait an extensive amount of time for other staff with less experience and lower quality work. This is UNACCEPTABLE when you consider the extremely high prices of M Vince Nail Spa @ Domain.
