I have gone to William twice. Both times very knowledgeable, fair and loves to explain and educate his customers on their BMWs. Love the quality---everything always comes back fully seated panels, and done right. Great prices and work ethic. I have had dealers charge double and return the car dirty and not fully putting the car back together.
Great people,good work. Came in with my 135 with some issue's. He had no problem with me handing him the keys to get the car running right

Took my '04 330i to Will because it was idling rough. Another shop diagnosed it but it didn't sound right, so I wanted to take it to someone who knew what they were doing. Will went above and beyond in making the right diagnosis and doing the repairs timely and reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
Will is more than fair and does excellent work. I will recommend everyone to this shop!
I just want to say thank you to Willam Stillwater for providing excellent 5 star service with my vehicle. It was a very easy process with him at his shop. I just dropped off my vehicle and he called me and said everything was approved with my extended warranty and rental is waiting for me.
