Every time I have taken my car to M Technik, they've always managed to get the job done in a timely manner. They always make sure to explain to you the problem in detail, what's needed to be done, and keep in contact with you every step of the way. In addition, their customer service is over the top!
Alex, Joe, William and the entire M-Technik team are awesome! I had some trouble with one of our BMW's, and it is being squared away, as I type this! Their professionalism, courtesy and attention to detail is phenomenal. It's unfortunate that my career is about to relocate my family and I. Never a good day when your M needs a tow. Called this shop after meeting them at a local event and it was the right choice. Staff was knowledgeable and easy to work with. After the tow they had the car diagnosed, then repaired within 24-hours, getting my daily driver back on the road. Thanks!
