Alex was a huge help on a simple problem for me with a 2016 BMW X6. Trust worthy group of techs over there. Highly recommended! Should be your first stop before the dealership.
Alex and his crew did a fantastic job on my son's car. I took his car to BMW SA and after $3k (new battery, new alternator, belt tensioner and belt) it was still experiencing some issues. The car would completely shut down during a drive. I called and emailed my service advisor at BMW SA but they were ignored. I had the car towed to M-Technik and the guys knew what the issue was right away. A fix that cost a few hundred bucks. The car has been running great and my son is happy again.
Greatest Experience with car technicians EVER-These guys have a checklist for a checklist-Driving an older BMW (2009 X5 4.8i) repairs come up. Was a little overwhelmed with the quote from BMW in SA-called Alex and his quote was relieving, not only for me but, my family. Could not believe the difference in customer service and delivery of my repair-refreshing change. I cannot recommend this shop more! We appreciate the hard work and dedication these guys put into their work! 10 Stars ALL THE WAY **********
