Paralegal Carolyn was very rude didn’t even have a chance to speak to the attorney because her customer service was so distasteful
I was being sued by a debt collector, as you know I was getting letters like crazy from different attorney companies. I'm not knowing what's really going on, I decided to open a few of these letters up and for some odd reason John Watts really stood out to me. After contacting a few before talking with Watts attorney I wasn't satisfied with the response I received but after speaking with Watts attorney (Katelyn). I received a summons that I was being sued by a debt collector. I immediately panicked. I didn’t have a lawyer nor did I know of one I could hire. A simple google search landed me on a video about the same information concerning a case like mine. I hired Watts and Herring and my case was dismissed with extreme prejudice. I am fully satisfied with the results. I will be using them again if a similar situation happens again.

One day I get a letter in the mail , saying I had been summoned to court over an old debt that I owed. I panicked and was wondering what I was gonna do. I did get a mailer from John Watts, and went straight to contact them. From start to finish, the entire staff were all courteous, and quick to answer my questions.
