I love bringing my clients here to select from larger samples of their manmade quartz countertops - they also have a wonderful selection of natural stone! Their staff is very friendly and helpful when even as a designer I get a little stuck.
Came from the Sacramento area to look at Quartz slabs. We have looked at many stone places and by far this was the greatest experience. Big shoutout to Lillian and her staff for making this an awesome trip over there.
Does it really take a shipment that from Orange County, CA 5 days AND COUNTING- to reach Hayward, CA? It is at max a 8-10 hour drive! We need a miracle to receive our material promised for delivery a month ago! We purchased tiles from MSI in May 2026and were informed that of the two pieces in the order , one was in stock at Orange County and the other expected to arrive in Long Beach by early July. Just a total nightmare for contractors, honestly. Been here since 10am, and now it’s 1:30pm. Still waiting for the order pick up… Asked another guy waiting with me—he’s been here since 10:30am too. He said this kind of wait is totally normal. Update 145pm Waited all this time just to be told items not available.
