I had already picked up a sample before and went back to purchase, but the same thing happened again. I waited over 25 minutes just to ask a question. The lady at the counter even asked someone else for help but ended up helping another customer who came after me. Not very friendly or attentive service. It took around 30 minutes just being there with no real assistance ,very frustrating, especially since this isn’t the first time.

Beautiful products and great customer service! I had an issue and Sal and Steve at MSI went above and beyond to make it right. Sal took the time to address the situation and was very pleasant to speak to. Appreciate their understanding and effort!

Unfortunately, I had issues with customer service. I called to see if a sample was available and was told that it was. I drove an hour to pick up the sample. When I asked for it, the lady said it wasn't available. I then picked up other samples and was told that I would get an email that evening with the samples' names. I never got an email. I called customer service, and they said the lady I worked with wasn't available but that she would call me back. 4 days later, no phone call back or email. I finally called again today ... read more
