The showroom is beautiful and a great place to shop and get ideas. The sales staff were all very accommodating and helpful. Lily and Blake were both wonderful to work with and helped us design and finalize our selections. Blake was especially knowledgeable and had a great eye for design and an understanding of what we were looking for which was key to bringing our vision and concept together. I cannot wait to see how it turns out.

Blake was outstanding during my visit to the MSI store in Hayward. When I first arrived, another employee only asked me to register and pointed me toward the wall where the products I was looking for were located. While I was browsing on my own, Blake approached me, even though he looked like he had just clocked in. He spoke in a very calm, soft, and welcoming way and asked if I needed help. Long but informative review. I went to MSI an early Thursday morning and was overwhelmed in a good way by the amount of Taj Mahal selections they had but I was approached by Blake who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He helped me narrow down my selection . He walked the floor with me and wrote down every single slab I liked. Blake then explained the process and checked id slabs I like were available. We love MSI Bay Area! This is the second time we have purchased natural stone from them. Blake Heal was wonderful. He helped us with finding just the right quartzite slabs for our kitchen remodel. He was patient and knowledgeable. Thank you Blake!
