RecommendedPurchased a 2018 Roadglide special nearly 2 months ago and from the time I walked in the door to browse to my time of purchase I was treated like I was buying my 20th Harley from them and it was only my first. The service department is the best I have ever dealt with.
Bought a bike for my husband. He liked it at first. Then he decided after 2 days he didn’t like it. The staff was more than accommodating and let us return that bike for the purchase of a brand new one. Truly went out of their way to make sure he was happy and loved his new bike. Would highly recommend m&s to anyone looking for superb customer service from the showroom to financing to the shop. Thanks guys. We really appreciated your kindness.
Very friendly store, motorclothes were displayed nicely and then lady working in that department was very friendly and knowledgeable!
