My daughter Kateri Fikar came in today on a bike to buy gloves which she did then saw the 2011 wide glide and want details on the bike the sales Man sitting at his desk did not give her any help and we she finally got a answer it was short and not helpful at all
I don't own a Harley, but I know for a fact that they have some good honest employees. One of them found my wallet in a Sheetz parking lot, called my work place, and really went above and beyond to get me my wallet back. I wish I knew the guy's name, but you don't find that kind of honesty much these days, so I hope he gets to see this, because I would just like to thanks him for doing all that he did to get it back to me!!! coming through on the road had trouble with my bike compensator sprocket these guys had me in and out in 2 hours the service was impeccable
amazing service. Our motorcycle developed a problem while on vacation. We stopped in and they were extremely helpful and fixed the bike in under 2 hours. Our vacation was saved!!! And at a fair price also. 5 star Kudos to the entire staff!!
Yesterday on my 19 sgs my voltage gauge began fluctuating majorly and radio was cutting on and off. I believed it was the voltage regulator. I first called Williamsport which did not have the part (no hard feelings it’s understandable) but then called frederick and received a very unpleasant phone call. Then in a last resort I called m&s and talked to Anthony. He informed me how busy they were but put me on hold and told me to get the bike to them and they will get me fixed up for the holiday weekend. So I arrived everyone w... read more
A rider over 50 years and bought a lots of bikes over those years from a lot of businesses ,Just bought my new 2019 electric glide ultra classic from M&S HARLEY the experience was exceptional ,Jim ,Hal,Bryan all the personnel were all friendly to what I wanted no pressure involved I highly recommend anybody that wants a bike come and talk to any of these people I highly recommend to purchase it at M&S HARLEY
