RecommendedMy husband and I called to see if the bike we had seen on line was still in stock. We were told it was and the moment we walked in we were greeted by Jim. He was very pleasant and helpful through the entire process. Actually all the front staff and financing staff were very friendly and accommodating. A Special "Thank you" to Jim Ridenour at M&S HD. If you are interested in a new or new to you bike, get with Jim! My husband bought a 2018 Ultra from Jim, just prior to the COVID Closing. Jim push my paperwork through and my husband was able to pick his bike up the Friday they closed due to COVID. It sure made it easier for me and my husband to comply with "Social Distancing". 🤩
After spending several weeks looking for another bike, we stopped in to M&S Harley Davidson to see what they had available. My wife spotted a 2016 Touring Road King and decided that was the one. Jim's sales help was great and Brian was very informative and helpful. Mark in parts arranged for a backrest for my wife to be installed and we were off for a great day riding. Jim is a wonderful salesman. I wish we could deal with him all the time of other things as well. I love my 02 Dyna Low Rider. Brian and Donna were great as well. Jim and Tony even delivered my bike to my house since it started raining. Thank you all for a wonderful buying experience. Friendly and knowledgeable is what helps make a sale. I'm treating "him" well Jim. I'm extremely careful. Thanks again. love it.
