M&R staff have cleaned and/or fixed my sewing machines. I value their service and recommend them to my friends who ask who can help with their sewing machine issues. Occasionally there is a wait to get a machine cleaning done, but you can make an appointment in the future and they will email you when it's close so you don't have to be without your sewing machine longer than necessary.

I bought a self threading Baby Lock server yesterday (mine was 30 years old and trouble threading). Read the manual last night and sewed this morning. Worked beautifully. Can't wait to take a class at M &R and learn everything it can do. Thank you Rick.
