Friendly , attentive customer service. Location easy to find. Rick looked at my sewing machine right away, made a quick fix\oil right on the spot, no charge, and I am back sewing masks!
I brought my machine in today thinking I would have to leave it there for a week or two. I needed a rubber stop for the bottom of it, possibly a new foot pedal, and an explanation of what was learned to be static electricity. They fixed it right then and there and I got to bring my machine home right away. That's customer service! Thank you so much!

Needed a manual for an antique sewing machine...got it quick, easy and reasonable !..thanks a bunch !
I took my 10 needle machine to be recalibrated and my single needle embroidery machine to have a chronic foot pedal issue repaired. This was flat out the most professional service I have ever received. Thank you!

I got a great deal on A Babylock at the Expo today! Thanks for the great deal, feedback on machines, AND community service ( baby locks were used all over the Expo for education and community service ). M&R is a family business and it shows! 5 stars for sure!!

Although M&R is over 100 miles from my home, because of positive reviews regarding their customer service, I decided to bring my Bernina machines to them. I had an issue with my 740 and I brought it in. One of the woman took the time to look at my machine right then. Resolving the issue with patience, I was able to take my machine home with me the same day. It says a lot when there is such a demand for Rick’s personal touch with machines that he books appointments. This day is the day your machine will be serviced/cleaned. N... read more
