My experience has proved this property management company to be highly unresponsive to email; dismissive and discourteous speaking on the phone; and overall a cold, impersonable business. I reached out to a Mr. K. Williams, who I presume heads the company, in regards to a rental residence I was interested in. Mr. Williams was very snide and dismissive when speaking on the phone — he even went as far as correcting my speech when in fact it was he who misunderstood the meaning of an abbreviation in the property’s address. Kevin was very rude to me over the phone.
