My experience has proved this property management company to be highly unresponsive to email; dismissive and discourteous speaking on the phone; and overall a cold, impersonable business. I reached out to a Mr. K. Williams, who I presume heads the company, in regards to a rental residence I was interested in. Mr. Williams was very snide and dismissive when speaking on the phone — he even went as far as correcting my speech when in fact it was he who misunderstood the meaning of an abbreviation in the property’s address.
