Unprofessional, no experience, come take a look at The Club in Bay Harbor Island’s, the building seems abandoned, no maintenance, she Maria Postman has no clue about how to manage a building. she is extremely rude and disrespectful.
maria postman management has been exceptional to work with .... she has been managing our building in bay harbor for the last 10 years with attention to every detail. I had the experience of working with other management companies prior to our board hiring postman management ...... the difference was night and day ...... her attention to the buildings maintenance and the bookkeeping has been unparalleled and has made our building more valuable as a result .... I served on the board of directors when Maria was hired as the property manager of our community. I can say she’s somewhat organized, but her professionalism is nil. She did not interpret our bylaws as they were meant to be interpreted in many cases, resulting in thousands and thousands of dollars in unnecessary legal fees for the association. She would send violations to homeowners that were unecessary and that verged harassment. Her recommendations for preferred vendors were terrible! I think she means well, but it is my o... read more
This company is a joke!!! They harrass all of the people that live in our community. The person she assigned to our hoa board (my neighbor) knocked on my door at 10:45 last night to let me know that he called the tow company to tow my friends car. Her car was parked in front of my house for no more than 3 minutes. I had back surgery an I am unable to walk far distances.
