Unprofessional and non transparent, she does not care about the residents that pay every month. UPDATE…a few days after this review Maria decided to single me out for the way my vehicle is parked , this just goes to show you how incompetent and petty Maria Postman is ! Multiple vehicles has been burglarized in our building and not a word from Maria ! A cat was murdered in our building and Maria prevented camera access to unit owners !

Unprofessional, no experience, come take a look at The Club in Bay Harbor Island’s, the building seems abandoned, no maintenance, she Maria Postman has no clue about how to manage a building. she is extremely rude and disrespectful.
maria postman management has been exceptional to work with .... she has been managing our building in bay harbor for the last 10 years with attention to every detail. I had the experience of working with other management companies prior to our board hiring postman management ...... the difference was night and day ...... her attention to the buildings maintenance and the bookkeeping has been unparalleled and has made our building more valuable as a result ....
