I had a very disappointing experience with this dental clinic and would not recommend it. They used up my entire insurance coverage in a single visit without informing me at all. There was no explanation of the costs, no warning about my remaining balance, and no effort to get my consent before exhausting my benefits. Very disappointed with how this clinic has declined over the years. I’ve been coming here for 7–8 years for regular cleanings, but today’s experience was unacceptable. The front desk staff I spoke with was extremely unprofessional and frustrating to deal with. She repeatedly put me on hold, gave unclear and constantly changing information about pricing (even mentioning charges up to $600), and showed no understanding of insurance coverage.
