I only spent two months in my apartment, and I love everything, the areas are always clean, I see that they are always providing maintenance to the buildings. Also the staff is very friendly, cooperative and responsive when it comes to offering a service to the residents. Channel, Linda and Kevin are very friendly and helpful.��
This place has to many rule about the pool now they are saying due to maximum capacity restriction per city of orlando there is a guest limitation of 2 per apartment. If you want to make rule why don’t you guys ticket people that speed and that Don’t know how to parallel park taking 2 spots .

I love M North apartments! If I had to choose 1 thing I admire, it would be the location... I love being 10 min away from anything and everything you need in Orlando! It's very rare to find a reasonable priced apartment that's not 30-45 mins out of town. It's revolutionary for someone like me who's always busy in and around the city! Great place to live!
