Called on 8/10/22 to schedule an app for 8/21/22 to clean 2 bedroom. App conformed and never show. My house is a mess all the bedroom furniture in the living. Am calling to find out if they are coming and my calls aren’t been answered. Terrible experience. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY NOT RELIABLE
No integrity with this company. They gave me a quote to clean 2 small bedrooms, living room and hallway at my dad's apartment. $85.00. The guy arrives 2.5 hours late, then goes on to tell me that no way he will work for less than $450.00. I tell him to forget it. Thus begins the back and forth negotiations with his boss. We've been loyal customers to M&M Carper Cleaning for over 5 years now. I have 3 boys ,so if you can imagine my carpets get trashed. Every time M&M comes out, they're able to get my carpets back to new again. Recently, we found out that M&M also does car upholstery. I had got my car fully detailed by another company and was told, that the stains and smell in my car was impossible to remove. Do not use this guy, he is a complete fraud .He charges extra for stains and spots , after 3 weeks everything is back on despite guaranteeing permanent removal. If you call him back he wants to charge again. Do yourself a favor and use somebody else. And ...$ 300. for 4 rms.
