Meredith helped me sell my home and I received 3 bids, 2 over asking price. She had wonderful teams of skilled contractors, handymen, cleaners and landscape people to get my house ready to put on the market. Meredith also helped me buy a wonderful condo in downtown Cary. She was very effective in making sure my house sold quickly and that my newly built condo was carefully inspected and in perfect condition for me to move in. I could not imagine finding a better real estate agent.

Meredith from M&M Realty was recommended to us by a friend and we just closed recently. Not only was Meredith friendly, knowledgeable, and patient, but she was happy to help two first-time home-buyers who didn't know what we didn't know. The sale of my house could not have been easier. Staging brought out the best features of my house. Great pictures made an eye-catching listing and generated a lot of interest. We received multiple offers the first weekend that were over asking price. The sale closed 30 days later. Great success!
