This company manages some of the properties in Palm Aire I have had mostly bad experiences with these people. They are not here to solve problems, they are here to keep shut you up. All of the employees seem to have the same attitude that it's your problem not theirs. They make up rules as they see fit but not have the documentation to back them up. Basically they do what they want. The Board of Directors (Condo 6/Palm Aire) have abdicated their roles to the management company so they can focus on their own pet projects. Leg... read more
