Worst property management company in LA !! Please read the reviews and look over everything before you sign it. They have so many hidden loop holes to get more money out of you in every way they can. super unprofessional employees and very outdated office. You only can pay in person so if you don’t live near the hood, then you have to drive over every month just to pay rent. A Slumlord indeed! How can this landlord sleep at night knowing he’s kicking families out of their homes so he can charge the next one even more? And he doesn’t even maintain any of his properties. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this vicious person and his cycle.
Slumlords. Rent from them if you like rats, mold, harassment
Poor communication, would not recommend. The public deserves better treatment.
