Mr. Meeks was very professional, I got 5 quotes for the work that I needed. M & M quote was in the middle but Mr. Meeks explanation of the work and his professional approach made me choose him. Work was done on time with no surprises as quoted. There were some minor follow up repair that were done promptly.
He was on time and resolved my problem in a timely manner.
Monroe was very professional and is an extremely knowledgeable craftsman. He was on time which is a very importan factor to me. Time is money and I don't like my money or time to be wasted. He looked at the problem, identified it and went to work. His pricing was fair and overall we were satisfied with his service. I will no longer need to look for a plumber, Monroe Meeks is my guy.
Mr. Meeks fixed both toilets in my mom's home. He did an excellent job, no problems, and was a very prompt, clean and congenial person. I will call him again when we need plumbing work done.

Monroe called promptly...we set an appointment. He was propmpt and on time, called from the driveway and was very pleasant. He performed the estimate quickly and completed the work very quickly. He even identified an additional problem I have. I'll be calling him to complete that work also.
