Excellent knowledge, hard worker and make things done. Very friendly and cost is given in advance, no surprises.
Monroe was very friendly and effecient. However, I have been planning to call him back as the seal that he put around the pipe he installed is loose and wiggles when I turn the water faucet on.

Wore protective shoe covers, spread covering to protect floor while working,gave customer free degreaser treatment kitchen drain,unable to save customers toilet,installed customer supplied new toilet up stairs at no extra charge.

He knows what he is doing and he has the proper tools. He does not overcharge. I would consider hiring him again.
