-5 star rating Not sure how this place is still in business. We've taken my wife's car here a few different times and there's always some issue. Either bad service or the time the service department messed up the rear bumper, while the Manger was trying to explain to my wife and her mother what happened he kept making obscene jesters. Not a professional establishment. I will drive to Monroe or Baton Rouge but Alexandria will not get our business.
I brought my car in for an oil change. They left the oil plug loose and my car nearly ran completely out of oil. I had to buy more oil to put in my car. They left black oil and dirt all over the inside of my door and middle console. There was no real accountability. The manager refused to reimburse the funds for the oil I had to buy. Bottom line the service department sucks really bad and the management and staff is a reflection of that.
You get what you pay for ,, these guys are professional and friendly and give you a ton of options for your car car and maintenance.
Good service, friendly helpful staff.
