This place has the worst boss you can have. I’ve never in my life heard of someone that talks the way Scott talks to his employees. I suggest you get to know the people you are investing your money in because this guy is the definition of DOUCHE BAG!

We called late yesterday afternoon, and a service guy was at our home at 8 this morning. After discovering that we needed a new unit, several other young men arrived to assist. Every one of the gentlemen was professional, polite, safe, and patient. I added safe and patient because, due to spring break, we had about 8 kiddos running around everywhere. We went to church, this morning with my house nice and cool. We came home and the house was HOT! Scott Mattox came out (on Sunday) and temporarily repaired our current unit while they order a new one.
I have been a customer of M&M for over 20 years, I have always been pleased with their service. Robert Spradling was the technician today for a service call to my house. He was very polite and knowledgeable about the unit and had it cooling within a short period of time. He is a very impressive young man. I have recommended M&M Heating & Cooling to many friends over the years and will continue to do so.
