Excellent, no-frills service – If you are looking for a fancy nail shop, this is NOT the place. Very basic, run-of-the-mill business. What makes this place spectacular, however, is the QUALITY of the work they do. I am less concerned with how FUN a place is--what matters to me is what kind of service is provided. not impressive – When I saw this shop on the "Best of" list and learned how close it was to my house, I had no reason not to try it out. I went on a weekday afternoon and was only one of three customers. I was not impressed with the ambience, pedicure, or customer service. It was just a mundane experience at the ordinary corner nail shop. I don't understand how this place could make the "Best of Los Angeles List." I hope the other shops on this list have much more to offer.
