If I could give zero stars I would. This woman is the rudest person I've ever met in my life. Misty ALWAYS speaks down to people as if she is better than them. Ask a common courtesy and genuinely curious question like "why does the owner need to come to my house tomorrow on such short notice" and you'll get "he doesn't have to tell you why he's coming, it's his legal right to come whenever he wants", and I was genuinely curious because I had 2 sick kids at the house at the time and didn't want other people to get sick if it ... read more
