I had an amazing experience with M & J Air duct cleaning and Dryer vent cleaning in Agawam. Carl was professional, courteous, and very detailed in his work. He did a complete dryer vent cleaning, which helped improve the drying time of our clothes. The air duct cleaning also made a noticeable difference in reducing dust in our home. I had our ducts cleaned recently by M & J Air duct cleaning and Dryer vent cleaning of MA. The tech did a great job of explaining their process to clean the ducts and particularly the trunk lines that run under our home. We were shocked to see all of the junk in our ducts and even had some allergy causing mold in one of our trunk lines. We are pleased with the results and are happy that we put our trust on them.
Had Bryan out to do a general Maintainaces of my two AC units. Was able to fix an issue I didn't know I had with a crimped coolant line. Several other issues were Addressed. He saved me money where he could, was honest and professional. I recommend M & J Air duct cleaning and Dryer vent cleaning of MA to do your ducts work!
As everyone else has said, super fast response! The job was scheduled within 2 weeks, and they called before arriving to let me know exactly when they would be there.
