I bought a home in Sagebrook East 5 years ago. Almost a half a million dollar home and I just found out today when the gas company shut off my gas that the whole mainline had multiple spots leaking, one the pipes had just been sat in the coupling and not even sealed how my family hasn’t died I don’t know, this could have caused an explosion killing multiple families…and who knows how many other homes have the same shoddy workmanship. Had a great experience visiting the M/I Homes model and Sales Consultant in Sagebrook West. Chip, took the time to listen to our pain points with our current home and why were looking. We spent a lot of time discussing our needs and wants. Mostly, our needs and what the M/I product offers that solves those needs.
