Ron and Chip are excellent consultants. They are patient and kind. M/I homes are a good value for the money. If you're not looking to build their move-in ready homes offer a very competitive fixed rate mortgage. Though the special rate is only offered through M/I Financing (side note: Shari is great to work with and very informative). Purchasing was overall a great experience!
