M & F is a sketchy backdoor world bank and un partnered company buying up single family homes and jacking up the prices. There's a subsect in the Chicagoland area doing just this. Gentrification for pure profit over people.
There’s a report online that this kerasy guy (manager) enters females apartments and does things to them. This was done by the us department of justice. I was going to rent a room here but glad I saw this.
As a homeless person all these reviews sound great as long as I can get it. Just spray your vents and doorways for bugs. Some people are stupid
Where do I start? Disrespectful, LOUD, rude, tenants who throw their trash on the floor and elevator. Beware of the management who ILLEGALLY takes more deposit money to get you in. Bedbugs. Roaches. Management doesn't do a thing to stop noise from tenants. I never received my deposit money back so they also embezzled that!! Even though it's cheap,,,, AVOID AVOID AVOID
The room is very very small ,the building Always is dirty ,the laundry room is bad the washer machines is not working properly. No manager in the building. The front door is not safe the homeless come to sleep in the roof.
