Always a very long wait time. But, The doctor is very nice, and all the staff very helpful and nice. Also if u miss an appointment,or cancel the day of the appointment, u can almost always get a next day visit in and if your late they don't care they will still see you and I love all that cuz my last doctor threw me out after 3 missed visits or wouldn't see me if I was over 15mins late. Long story, VERY short… My family and I had never had a bad experience at Doctor Almansour office ( as for examples.. customer service, medically, or other fellow patients ). Our insurance changed a few times over our lives, and they accepted them insurance companies so far. Never had a problem with them sending refills, or referrals to other businesses. Dr. Almansour is great. He listens to me and gives great care. The girls in the office are always nice and on top of things.
Dr. Almansour and the desk staff have always been incredibly kind and helpful to me. The doc is no nonsense and highly professional. Plan extra time for a long wait for your appointment
This doctor is supposed to be the doctor that over sees things while you are in the hospital when your primary physician doesn’t come to the hospital. Well Dr Almansour is lackidasical at best and needing a malpractice suit at worst. In the two weeks a family member was in the hospital at Ascension Genesys Dr Almamsour not once introduced himself to anyone when he came to the room.
