Extremely long wait times, never likes to do more than 1 thing per appointment, sometimes never puts in refill requests. Good doctor other than that.
DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTORS OFFICE THEY WILL BOOK APPOINTMENTS AND KEEP YOU THERE FOR HOURS AND NOT SEE YOU IF YOU COMPLAIN I HAD A APPOINTMENT FOR 2:30 and didn’t get called until 4:11 then I got put out for being upset with the appointment timing
He's Very patient with detox patients, wish appointments were 1 time a month instead of 2x a month. Also great and friendly staff.
Always a very long wait time. But, The doctor is very nice, and all the staff very helpful and nice. Also if u miss an appointment,or cancel the day of the appointment, u can almost always get a next day visit in and if your late they don't care they will still see you and I love all that cuz my last doctor threw me out after 3 missed visits or wouldn't see me if I was over 15mins late. Long story, VERY short… My family and I had never had a bad experience at Doctor Almansour office ( as for examples.. customer service, medically, or other fellow patients ). Our insurance changed a few times over our lives, and they accepted them insurance companies so far. Never had a problem with them sending refills, or referrals to other businesses.
