Michael wouldn't send me photos of the van seat I was looking for. Instead he insisted that I drive out to see in person. Then, after I drove over 200 miles, he bailed on the sale and declined to meet because I couldn't get there at the time he demanded. Customer service is lacking here. Unless you're desperate.... Look elsewhere.
