Hi LZ Management, I notice that you are no longer allowing mopeds to park on the side of Java Den. I am confused as to why this has been going on for years, and you have done nothing about it. Why start now? Why try to profit more when you are already overcharging your residents? I'd like to know who thought this was a genius idea because it's not gonna work. Management have been nothing but helpful. Having experienced other management companies, LZ has exceeded expectations. Living at grand central and having visited other LZ properties, I have not been disappointed.

I lived at an LZ property for 2 years and could not have enough good things to say about the management. There is always a friendly face in the office willing to help with any and all questions. As a first time renter, they made the process smooth and easy. I had no complaints and would 100% recommend. In terms of maintenance, the building was clean and tidy. All of my requests were met and any apartment issues were fixed very quickly within 24 hours. I loved my time living at their property.
