Not what you would expect! From the street - this place looks like a tiny, grungy place - BUT, the upholsterer is WONDERFUL and the prices are very reasonable for this kind of work. The owner spent hours with me ( on 3 different visits) helping me find just the right fabric for my set of chairs. A great find!
