Worse experience of my life I was unfortunately the one who got a bad new truck was told they’d make it right asked for owner multiple times got relayed messages and after making a profit off of me 4 times they say we took care of you I don’t think that is taking care of anyone but themselves customer is definitely Not a priority their profits are won’t be back buyer beware

I am beyond happy with my experience at Lyons Ford. I found a great car on an app on my phone and emailed them for more information. Julia promptly returned my email and took great care of me. I drove 9 hours round trip to pick up my new Explorer and by far it was the BEST experience I have ever had in buying a new vehicle. Well worth the drive! Everything was exactly what we had discussed, no surprises, no high pressure sales pitches for upgrades...just exactly what I wanted and expected. Thanks again Julia and Lyons Ford!
