Best service department I’ve ever dealt with! Shayne is the best mechanic on the planet. They always deliver on or before the promised day and time. They explain in detail what your repair will cost, and if additional problems are discovered, they always call for approval before continuing work. Although their hourly labor rate could be more “user friendly”, you get the best service backed by a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

This place is hands down the best dealership I have even been too. I got the run around from a different ford dealership in Columbia for over a week. I called them explained the situation and within 45 mins they was calling me back telling me I was approved. Came right down test drove (knew what i wanted) and signed. No hassle at all. I have bought several fords from different dealerships in Tennessee and THIS ONE IS THE BEST. Everyone was so friendly. I highly recommend this dealership.
