Staff and dr friendly
Everything went well.
For the first time in 20 years I left a dental appt smiling and looking forward to my next visit. In the past I've avoided going to the dentist because I've felt judged by them - each dental visit only making me more and more fearful of going back. Until my self neglect became such an issue that I felt hopeless, fearful, anxious and angry with myself. All of that changed for me yesterday. Good experience.
I was just surprised at how long I was there for a cleaning. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment time and then I was there for an hour. It just seemed a little long for a routine cleaning.
It was good except when my son was finished, the hygienist was explaining her reccomendations to him, instead if to me, the parent. That I thought was a bit off.
I got a good report.
Everyone made me feel so comfortable, and we're all very honest. The dentist is can be a scary environment but I felt the most comfortable here than any other dentist I've been to!
