If they mess up and stick you with an expensive bill, expect to be left high and dry. In May 2019 I wanted to have my blood work run to see if my MMR vaccination was still good. They didn't think to offer a new shot instead and did the blood work, adding on a HEP-B test I hadn't asked for. I was then stuck with two bills for $500 and $300 because my doctor put in the wrong billing code and my insurance rejected the claim. He put in the code for "counseling" on lab work. they have a few things they need to work on, but overall lyon martin is a safe space for women and trans people to receive the health care and metal health care, they deserve. the new space is a little jagged around the edges, but overall it seems like the move to a larger space, is helpful.
I am so grateful for the care I have received here over the years. I started my trans-care here 10 yrs ago. Great care, caring staff. Thank you!
