This place is amazing!! Antony and Vy we're so professional, they conversed with me and my granddaughter while getting on her pedicures done they did an amazing massage on both. The service was quick and very neat and professional. We just stopped in there as we live out of town but we would definitely return when we go back to Grand Rapids apids! You should really give him a try, you will not be disappointed.
I don’t ever write negative reviews, but my experience at Lynny’s Nail Salon was extremely disappointing. I spent two hours in the chair for a $70 service, expecting a quality set, but walked out with thick, lumpy, and uneven nails with poorly painted edges and messy cuticles. When I expressed my concerns in the chair and at checkout, the staff made me feel dismissed and implied I was just trying to get out of paying, ultimately offering only a $5 discount. I love everyone in this nail salon! They never give me anything less than what I desire!! Anthony and Cindy are absolutely amazing and great with their hands!!! Massages are wonderful and Nails are absolutely beautiful! 1000000000 percent recommendeddddd 🥰
