Been going here for over ten years on and off up until recently everything was fine until I had an absolutely horrible experience and was completely disappointed with both my manicure and pedicure. My appointment was fine until I asked for my pedicure nail polish to be redone because it was lumpy. The tech got mad and walked away and was refusing to fix it. Then when I wasn’t satisfied so I asked for certain things to be fixed but instead of the nails techs listening they became rude so ended up asking them to stop and going... read more
They overfiled my nails so bad they were flimsy like paper and then had the audacity to try to upcharge me builder gel to fix their mistake. Honestly, they're lucky I paid them.
